An adaptation of the original Fame film, made in 1980. The trailer starts with a big title "It all begins with a dream" and slow music with long clips of a girl singing and playing the piano. It then switches to the well know "theme" song, Fame - Irene Cara, which all fans will automatically be able to relate to the original film and theatre production. Fast cuts of action filled clips let the audience know the theme of the film, faded together with blackouts and titles. Some of the clips are shown through lights which all add up together to make the word "Fame", this title and the release month are the only two things given away by the trailer. "In theatres everywhere this september" also suggests to the audience that the film is based around dance and the theatre. A grown up High School Musical.
